We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If for any reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you directly.


All prices are in US dollars and are subject to sales tax for residents of Washington, DC in accordance with state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. Hogan Parker makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of our catalog and website. Omissions and errors are subject to correction.

To The Trade

At this time, Hogan Parker is not able to offer traditional trade accounts, however, please contact us with your information as we are more than happy to work with you to accommodate your needs, and may be able to offer designer discounts on select items.


We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality customer service and are committed to offering product you will use and love forever. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. We care about your satisfaction are always here to help. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You can start a return by contacting us at with your order number and reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including vintage wares, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Shipping Policy

Online orders being shipped domestically are typically processed within 24-48 hours for all in stock items, and are shipped Monday-Friday. A confirmation e-mail with tracking is sent once your package has been shipped. All special order and backordered items will ship as we receive them, therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together. In the event of an item being out of stock or on order, a Hogan Parker team member will reach out directly with information. Please let us know if you require any special shipping needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
